With so many learning options available, especially online, there had to be a better way to explain how Doina’s courses worked and what students could expect to learn. Doina also wanted to make sure that her students found “the right fit”. She wanted to explain who her courses are for, and how people would benefit by registering. Emerald Group Learning needed a new responsive website. More importantly, they needed strong brand messaging and a direction that would take them where they wanted to go – a site that would grow with them, as their students became aware of what great programs they had to offer.

Making the Grade.
It all started with the logo. First, we developed a creative brand strategy from an existing logo that Doina provided. Then, we wanted to establish her as an “expert” in her field, to attract more students. So, we produced a series of ‘talking head’ videos to use on her website and social media. To supplement this, we suggested she also modernize her site and add new features that would appeal to today’s busy, sometimes stay-at-home, student. We recommended a place where Doina could present her courses that would allow delayed course release control, progress checks, discussion areas, subscription payments, quizzes and the uploading of course materials in popular file formats like PowerPoint and Video.
To further encourage sales, we also designed lead generation pages, and developed similar brand messaging before integrating it into her new website, so that all messaging was delivered in a consistent manner.

Now, her brand is fresh, modern and professional. And her website is fully ready to serve her existing students. She can also begin making new contacts, with the handy opt-in form that we added to her website. Not only will it allow her to see exactly who is drawn to her courses, but why. So, she can refine her course offerings and appeal to not only today’s learners, but those of tomorrow.
