CLIENT: Integra Homes
Supporting Confident Buying Decisions for a Luxury Custom Home Builder
The Challenge
Custom home builder Integra Homes, based in the Comox Valley, is known for quality, integrity, and fine craftsmanship. As their portfolio of homes and developments grew, their marketing needed to do more than look polished — it needed to support longer sales cycles for luxury custom and turnkey homes, communicate value clearly, and reinforce trust early in the buyer journey.
Key challenges included:
- Aligning their brand and digital presence with the quality of their homes
- Improving consistency across print and digital materials
- Helping prospective buyers visualize homes and developments before construction
- Supporting in-person sales conversations with clear, professional marketing assets

Our Approach
Marketing Support for a Luxury Home Builder
We approached Integra’s project with a focus on clarity, consistency, and sales support — ensuring marketing worked as an extension of their in-person sales process.
Our work included:
- A refined logo and comprehensive brand guide to ensure visual consistency
- A redesigned website focused on clear messaging, SEO visibility, and buyer education
- Strategic updates to Integra’s social media presence, including ongoing management and earned media opportunities
- Photo-realistic 3D architectural renders to support pre-construction visualization
- A full suite of print and sales materials designed to reinforce value during buyer conversations
Rather than treating each deliverable as a standalone piece, everything was designed to work together — digitally and in person — to reduce friction and support confident decision-making. This integrated approach supported Integra’s broader real estate development marketing strategy, ensuring marketing aligned with real sales timelines and buyer expectations.

Visualising the Big Picture
A key part of Integra Homes’ marketing challenge was helping prospective buyers fully understand the quality, design intent, and value of a home before construction was complete — particularly for spec and turnkey projects.
Through our 3D architectural visualization and modeling services, we created photo-realistic renders that allowed buyers to visualize custom and turnkey homes early in the decision-making process. These visuals were used consistently across Integra’s website, sales materials, and in-person presentations.
We also developed a clickable interactive lot and spec home map, enabling buyers to explore available homes, floor plans, renders, and key details in one place. As projects evolve, the map can be updated easily, ensuring marketing materials remain accurate and relevant without unnecessary rework.
Together, these tools helped reduce uncertainty for buyers and supported clearer, more confident sales conversations, ensuring sales materials remain current without unnecessary rework.
The combined impact of Integra’s refreshed brand, digital presence, and sales-support tools became clear once the new marketing was in market.
The Outcome
Following the launch of Integra’s refreshed brand, website, and sales-support materials, Integra Homes saw measurable improvements across both marketing performance and sales activity.
Key outcomes included:
- Qualified website enquiries through form submissions — something Integra had not experienced prior to the new site
- Increased phone enquiries from buyers who were better informed before making contact
- A shorter sales cycle for turnkey homes, with buyers moving forward more confidently
- Greater brand awareness, both locally in the Comox Valley and nationally across Canada
- Higher website traffic and engagement, indicating stronger buyer interest and longer on-site interaction
- Growth in social media followers and engagement, supporting ongoing visibility throughout longer sales cycles
- The introduction of a newsletter strategy, creating a new channel to nurture prospective buyers over time
- Positive feedback from previous custom home clients, who noted a stronger and more cohesive brand experience following the website launch
Collectively, these improvements positioned Integra Homes with a more effective marketing foundation — one that supports long sales cycles, attracts better-qualified buyers, and reinforces trust at every stage of the buying process.
