Lynn Matson needed help with the launch of her new coaching business. She came to us for assistance with a business name, tagline, and branding, but also needed guidance when it came to her business launch and how to promote her brand online. She had paid a photographer for custom photos but was unhappy with their “look and feel”. Her social media was in chaos, with multiple business pages that had been accidentally created. She even had a disastrous email situation that was affecting her ability to focus on her business. That’s when the OG team stepped it up, and went the extra mile, to ensure that Lynn had everything she needed to shine the right light on her new coaching enterprise.

We began with a brand discovery, which led to great insights on Lynn’s target audience, and what services they would most appreciate. In the end, those decisions helped guide the design of her new, beautiful brand logo, as well as the selection of her business name, New Light Leadership. These insights also influenced the structure and design of her new custom website, her brand messaging, and the new custom photography that we took for her, which we felt was important when promoting a coaching service that must be driven by a personal connection. We invited her to our commercial studio for styling and a professional photo shoot that translated into some amazing photos that were used for her website, stationery, business cards, presentation folder, and an email newsletter.
Setting the Stage for a Brilliant Future.
To ensure that her branding remained consistent over time, we crafted Lynn a Brand Guide that outlined her logo design, related fonts, and colours, as well as the vision and values of New Light Leadership. We solved the problem with her multiple business pages on social media and brought it back to just the relevant branded accounts. We gave her suggestions and ideas related to content marketing strategy, so she can now drive traffic to her gorgeous new website and convert that into sales. And when her virtual assistant somehow crashed her entire email system, we were the first to detect it and connect her to an IT professional that was able to resolve her email woes quickly and efficiently.
