A Real Smart Investment in Branding.
Real Smart is the originator of real estate training for the UBC Exam and a long-term client – we’ve been working with them since 2011. But since Sandy is an extremely busy owner, it was hard for her to find the time to update her website or her branding. But, she knew it was long overdue. Not only did her logo need refreshing, her website also needed to have a vibrancy that better reflected her winning personality. That’s why brand messaging was so vital. And we knew we needed to find a way to help her stand out from competitors. At first, Sandy wasn’t sure of making such a big commitment. It would be a whole branding ‘overhaul’ and a lot was riding on this update. But even Sandy would tell you – it was totally worth it!

The Real Deal Delivered.
The project was challenging, but rewarding, because we were so thrilled by the results! We migrated her old scalable website to a more responsive design, streamlined information, reorganized calls-to-action, refreshed her colour palette, and restructured how her services were introduced to web visitors. Then, we integrated ecommerce to the website so that Sandy’s students can sign up for classroom courses 24/7! We also created a PDF Guide to How It All Works that Sandy’s team can easily update internally, plus a powerful opt-in form that allows her to capture new visitor information, so she can begin to build relationships with potential customers.
We even managed to capture Sandy’s sunny personality in some amazing ‘talking head’ videos! It was a welcoming, humanizing touch that really added a unique warmth to her website. It was also unique. There was nothing like it among her competitors. Now, her brand is fresh, modern and vibrant. Best of all it, Sandy loves it, and she can now see what a great investment it was, because the material we crafted for her can be used on social media, on her website, and to help to build trust with new visitors.
