Although, Lisa has other clinics across Canada, our mission was specific to her primary location in BC, with an aim to make ADHD services available to everyone province-wide. Original Ginger’s collaboration with the client, centered around enhancing the clinic’s online presence through an in-depth SEO Audit, Custom Website Design, and Marketing Coaching, to ensure clear, consistent and optimized brand messaging.
Lisa worked closely with our team to not only elevate the clinic’s aesthetic but also streamline its user experience. We implemented a tailored website structure designed for optimal navigation, so that visitors could quickly find the information they need. There were unique challenges presented during the project, with new information entering the workflow throughout the process. Despite these hurdles, we managed to retain a clear focus on our objectives, keeping the project on track and culminating in a successful website launch. By prioritizing clear and open communication, we were able to integrate new insights, minor content edits, and subsequent adjustments to our timeline.
Accessibility was a key consideration during the project, influencing choices in fonts, sizes, and layouts to ensure all users could easily navigate the site. Additionally, we carefully sourced stock images that resonated with the clinic’s mission while striving for authenticity and diversity. Although custom photography could have added depth, the strategic use of stock images allowed us to create a professional look within an affordable small business budget. The end result is an engaging, cohesive website that reflects West Coast Adult ADHD Clinic’s values and enhances its ability to reach those in need of support.
